Terms and Conditions

The end user is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download any document/work of Natarang Journal’s e-Archive made available through website (http://www.natarang.org) for personal and non-commercial purpose only. Excerpts from the articles can be used for academic purposes with due acknowledgement to the author of the article and to Natarang Journal (mentioning the year and number of the issue of Natarang in which the article appeared).

Restrictions: Under this license the end user is not permitted, without the explicit permission of Natarang Pratishthan, to

• Modify the downloaded document/work; or
• Create copy(ies) of the downloaded document/work; or
• Use the downloaded document/work for any commercial purpose; or
• Use the downloaded document/work for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); or
• Make any cinematograph film or sound recording in respect of the downloaded document/work; or
• Make any translation of the downloaded document/work; or
• Make any adaptation of the downloaded document/work; or
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the downloaded document/work; or
• Transfer the downloaded document/work to another person through any means; or
• Make available the downloaded document/work to others through any server.

This license shall automatically terminate if the end user violates any terms and conditions of this license agreement. Natarang Pratishthan reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. After termination of the license, the end user must destroy any document/work and its copies in their possession.
